Support

Everything you need to know before booking your eFoil experience.

Welcome to Foil Turks & Caicos support.

Whether you’re planning your first eFoil lesson, booking a Fliteboard rental, or considering a board purchase, we’ve answered the most common questions to make your experience easier, safer, and memorable. Our team has been guiding riders on the waters of Providenciales for over 30 years, and this page is designed to give you quick, reliable answers before you ride.

No. Our eFoil lessons in Turks & Caicos are beginner-friendly. We start with stable setups and step-by-step coaching so you learn throttle control, stance, and safe falling techniques before your first flights. Many first-time riders are standing and gliding on Grace Bay during their very first session.

Most people can stand and ride an eFoil within 15–30 minutes, depending on comfort and conditions. Our certified instructors in Grace Bay progress you at your pace, focusing on balance and control first, before speed and turns.

Most teens and adults can learn to eFoil. Riders under 18 require guardian consent. For younger riders, contact Foil Turks & Caicos directly – we’ll advise on the safest setup and conditions.

Safety is built into every lesson and rental. We match the Fliteboard, mast, and wing size to your level, keep initial speeds low, and coach safe techniques for starts, rides, and falls. Every guest is provided with a helmet, personal flotation device (PFD), and premium Fliteboard equipment included in the price.

A standard eFoil lesson in Grace Bay lasts about one hour on the water, plus time for briefing, setup, and safety checks. This gives most riders plenty of time to stand, ride, and progress at their own pace. Private and small-group formats keep the focus on you, so every minute is maximised for learning and flying above the water.

Bring swimwear, sunscreen, water, and a towel. We provide everything else: Fliteboard, charged battery, remote, helmet, and personal flotation device (PFD). Optional booties can be used if you prefer.

One of the biggest advantages of Grace Bay is that windy or choppy conditions are highly unlikely. The bay’s shallow flats and natural protection make it one of the most reliable places in Providenciales to learn eFoiling. On the rare occasion that weather is less than ideal, we adjust timing, setup, or reschedule to keep your session safe and enjoyable – but 99% of the time, Grace Bay delivers perfect conditions.
